How To Draw A Tulip

 

 Hey! Today I'm going to show you how to make a tulip. Tulips are pretty and a popular flower. They are so easy to draw, so let's get started!

Supplies: 

O.5 Micron pen 

Paper or sketchbook 

Colored pencils  

First you make the sepal which is on the outside of the petal. Mine is shaped kind of like a bean. Don't worry if yours isn't perfect. Mine aren't perfect all the time. 

 Next add the other sepal. After you add the sepal add the petal which is the small thing in the middle. Just add a mountain like shape in the middle.  

 Now add the stem and some leaves. I like to add two leaves. Add some fun leaf designs. Then you can add color to it. Tulips come in many colors, so just pick a color you think would look nice and color your tulip with it. 

 Tulips are great flowers to draw anytime you want to draw a flower. They look really nice on a note to someone or a birthday card. A tulip bouquet would also look really good.
